As Office Manager at CW Brown Construction I manage administrative systems, scheduling, and team coordination. Being bilingual allows me to play a key role in supporting both field and office staff. Trusted, reliable, and deeply invested in the success of the business, I’m proud to help build not just homes—but a lasting family legacy. Though not everyone I work with is related by blood, our team feels like a family and that’s one of the things I love most about my job. We support one another, celebrate our wins together, and face challenges as a team. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to a beautiful little girl who keeps my life exciting and full of joy. You can usually find me being her biggest fan at either a dance competition or cheer competition. I’m naturally outgoing and always open to new experiences, whether that means exploring new places, meeting new people, or learning something new. I bring that same energy and curiosity to my role every day.
