Jacob Aceret
I recently returned to NC after living in Colorado with my wife and our three pets—two dogs, Maverick and Dolly, and our cat, Goose. I have a deep appreciation for everything North Carolina has to offer, from the mountains to the coast, and enjoy spending my free time hiking, golfing, kayaking, and making memories with my family and pets.
I proudly served in the United States Marine Corps at Camp Lejeune and completed an overseas deployment, an experience that strengthened my discipline, leadership, and commitment to excellence. Following my military service, I earned a Bachelor of Science from Appalachian State University with a double major in Construction Management and Sustainable Technologies.
For the past seven years, I have worked in custom home building, where I’ve developed a genuine passion for the construction process and the lasting impact the built environment has on people’s lives. I take pride in creating quality projects while continuously expanding my knowledge and skills. Whether in my career or personal life, I strive to keep learning, growing, and becoming the best version of myself.
